Write it down, with the date

What search, maps and AI say: checked, dated, with a fix.

Before anyone reads a site, they meet it somewhere else: a search result, a map pin, an AI's answer. So check what those say about the business, and write down where each one comes from. This is common, and it's quick to fix. Here's the conference site, checked today.

The search snippet comes from the page's description. Fetch it, and it names Mavrovo, Macedonia. This year, the event is in Albania. That's the first sentence a searcher reads. The page title says it's all about digital, with no year and no city. Search engines and AI answers read structured data. Count the event descriptions in this page: zero. So an AI asked when AllWeb is has one line of body text to quote: next event, the sixth of November 2026.

Write each one down: what it says, whether it's right, and the fix, all under the date you checked. The map pin names a mosque, and the venue isn't stated anywhere, so that one is a question for AllWeb. Search results and AI answers change, so date every check, and check again after launch. Plan turns these fixes into the search plan.
