They're short and in plain words, and no lawyer has reviewed them yet. The version is the date above. When you agree to them on your account, that version is recorded with it.

The site

Aesthetary is an alpha, offered with no warranty of any kind. Pages and features change as it's built. The license terms on the Licensing page govern the source material.

Accounts

  • Who can have one. Anyone 18 or older. You confirm your age when you first sign in, and we record that you did. Accounts are free.
  • One person per account. An account is yours alone. Don't share it and don't make one for someone else. You sign in with a link sent to your email, so anyone who can read that email can get into your account: keep your email to yourself.
  • What it keeps. Your checklist progress, your worksheets, your projects and the pictures you add to them. Everything on the site works without an account; the account keeps your work across devices. The Privacy page says what is stored, where, and for how long.
  • Pictures. Only upload pictures you have the right to use: ones you made, or ones you have permission to use. Each picture stays private to your account.
  • Taking it with you, or deleting it. On Account settings you can download your progress, worksheets, projects and pictures as one file, and delete your account. Deleting is immediate and can't be undone. The Privacy page explains which copies outlast it, and for how long.
  • Closing accounts. We may close an account that is used for abuse: for example, to attack the site, to flood other people's inboxes through the sign-in form, or to upload pictures that aren't yours to use. If you think we've closed yours by mistake, write to hello@aesthetary.com.
